By accessing or using Neuveda ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Neuveda provides digital tools for stress management and emotional regulation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial. You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our third-party payment processor, Razorpay.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and audio materials in Neuveda are owned by Neuveda Inc. and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neuveda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
